We believe financial planning should feel clear and transparent from the very beginning. Our fees are explained upfront, agreed with you in advance, and designed to reflect the work involved in helping you achieve your goals.
Financial planning is typically structured in stages. We begin by understanding your current financial position and what you want to achieve. From there, we build and implement a tailored plan.
Some clients choose to stop there, while others continue with ongoing reviews and support to help keep everything on track over time.
For new clients, our initial fee for financial/retirement planning is made up of a fixed planning fee of £1,200, plus a percentage-based fee that depends on the amount being invested or transferred. This covers the full advice process, including fact-finding, cashflow or budget planning, risk profiling, research, recommendations, suitability report, third-party liaison, and implementation.
For existing clients who already pay for ongoing service, the £1,200 fixed fee is not charged, and the percentage fee applies only to additional assets. This ensures you are not charged twice for work already covered within your ongoing service.

For mortgage advice, we charge a fixed fee of £595 for new applications, payable in two parts: £395 at the point of submission of a decision in principle and application to a lender and £200 on receipt of your mortgage offer.
For product transfers with your existing lender, the fee is £195.
We may also receive commission from the lender, which will be fully disclosed to you.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Think carefully before securing debts against your home.
Cover will cease on insurance products if premium payments are not maintained.
We offer a number of ways to pay for our services, depending on what is most suitable for you. This may include invoice payment, deduction from investment products, or payment via product providers where applicable.
We will always agree your fees with you before starting any work. There are no hidden costs, and you will only ever pay for the services you choose.
